Have you run into setting up permissions/privileges for your administrators within the scom console. This can be quite confusion. You often run into cryptic areas where certain functions don’t react as they should and you run into the error “The user domainuser does not have sufficient permission to perform the operation”. Note: FilerView is depreciated on 8.0 and 8.1 versions of Data OnTap 7-Mode. OnCommand System Manager 2.x is now required to manage 7-Mode systems. Take a look at filerview. Not much different here except the branding.
